History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Krimmon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gildmak hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
