History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Fulbar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Fulbar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fulbar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shipwright who has hired him part-time. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This malnourished man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nybarg grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nybarg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
