History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Veit never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Anselm was a troubled youth.
