Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Description: This late middle aged man wears black trousers with yellow and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Bather father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's in love
