History: He was born in the west. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

After coming to the age of reason, Wiggens took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and to find somewhere to settle down
