His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Horza is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Horza lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Horza was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Berrian was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
