Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Elegant will drive conversation. A true patriot, Elegant would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Elegant was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
