Description: He prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. He carries with him a set of longbows on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his morningstar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His fur is black and curly. This yellow eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kite will drive conversation. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Theriatis was born the youngest of three triplets. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Reirak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Reirak reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
