Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ar-Kaius's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ar-Kaius is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stylist born in the past three hundred years. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Stylist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
