He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Gifted from a young age, Nithther studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
