Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black vest and prefers tan and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ur-Dag was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This dark-skinned male is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, blue shirt, and white tie. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Fonkin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He has wavy black fur. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sailor business.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Drifting and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he's repulsed by the pc
