Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Halander was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
