History: Gifted from a young age, Gerald studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ugol was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
