History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
