History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Skog hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Skog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
