History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ur-Lisak grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Caeldrim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pog grew up listening to his father's many stories. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
