He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Vrondiss never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Dreali was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
