Anverth Rofferton, Male Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a grey coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is cut close to his head. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Anverth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Oblar Greenbottle, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. He carries with him a set of scimitars, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is knotted and matted. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oblar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oblar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
