Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rael isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
