Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Chem was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
