History: He was born in the west. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a Sellsword first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is black and curly. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His crest is white, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
