Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Servant business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Wiggan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
