History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Knight. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Faran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: Expand his business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fragrant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
