Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. A true patriot, Balam would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Glassblower soon after.
