Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Fax was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
