Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown vest and prefers green and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His white hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His crest is green and curly. His eyes are red.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is typically in his Glassblower uniform. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Ur-Lisak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ur-Lisak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ur-Lisak. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and to be a barkeep again

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brass crest is smooth and relatively long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Direcris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
