History: Barakas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paymon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Paymon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
