History: Thoradin hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He became a Merchant soon after.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aust does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
