History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: An older man who is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spy, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his brown hair up. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady black eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a tan shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He carries a battered greataxe and tarnished shortspear as well. He wears his red hair down. His silver eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tethren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and to be a layabout again
