History: He comes from a rich western family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Fargas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison.
