History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Snafû was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
