This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: An older man who usually wears his black robe and has his rapier always slung over his shoulder, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Lamlis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and a deep hatred of dire rats
