Anverth Ningel, Male Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
Ideals: Optimist. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Rich, Military, Family. Occupation: Hunter
Voice: Relaxed voice

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. After coming to the age of reason, Emerald took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Rolen Dalanthan, Male Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult man, he likes to wear grey tank tops with blue pants. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is baby faced.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Rolen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult.
Ideals: Opinionated. Bonds: Immigrant, Job, Enemies. Occupation: Gardener
Voice: pre-pubescent

Rael Coulson, Male Half-Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
