History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Darrow was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Darrow's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Animal Trainer born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Zedaar has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Zedaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
