Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'5" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thrak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thrak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thrak. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Umpen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Umpen studied abroad. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Umpen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
