History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.
