History: Gifted from a young age, Valafar studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
