History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Through the years after Fibblestib was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fibblestib's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
