History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Laucian speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Laucian was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
