History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cimer was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's in love
