Description: Standing 5'8", this man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Percival grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Percival. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
