He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Berrian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
