Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is cut close to his head. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Thorpe's homeland. Thorpe decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He has a missing left leg. He usually wears his black robe and has his pickaxe always slung over his shoulder. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He keeps his long cinnamon fur kept up in a rat tail. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 52. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shipwright profession.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Miller; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is long and silver with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Fargrim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
