History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and seeks redemption

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 5. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Thorin was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is greedy.
