Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
