Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paelias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
