History: He was born in a small desert village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Anverth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Anverth was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Flak wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
