Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gilbert studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Erias is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and retire the richest man in the west
