Gerard Hallewell, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Standing 6'3", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spy business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Thorin took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personal [hide]
Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. History: Trey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Trey took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
