History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Shadow's homeland. Shadow decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
